Purpose:
Online professional development certificate programs for policy makers, decision and traditional students in countries all over the world. The purpose is to produce highly skilled workers/graduates to be productive in organizations.

Training
· Online training of professors –By GSI &Madonna U; 4-week training before start of teaching?
· Three days (as part of the 8-week certificate program) training of students – By GSI and Madonna University; 3-hour module training of online class—self paced; to be completed before start of class;
Certificate Course—Student Number requirements
Minimum number of students to register for class to start: 12 (15 after May 2011)
Maximum number of students: 15 (20 After May 2011)

We assist our students and graduates to write papers for consideration to be published in our many reputable journals and as well as the International Journal of Computer Applications.
We also assist our students and graduates to participate in our annual international conferences which are recognized and endorsed by the Foundation of Computer Science plus many universities worldwide.
